When you place an order through our website, we’ll send you a secure payment link on WhatsApp to complete your purchase using Apple Pay, credit, or Qatar debit cards.

Orders can be canceled while you are waiting for confirmation of availability, but they cannot be canceled after payment has been made. If you need to make any changes or have further questions, please contact us as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL: 

We partner with DHL Express to ensure reliable global delivery. Once your order has been paid and collected by DHL, you will receive and email with your tracking number. 

Delivery times for international orders vary by destination, typically ranging from 1 to 8 business days after your item is complete. Couriers may contact you directly to arrange delivery. 

Please note the following: 

- Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight and destination country once your order is placed. 

- Each country has its own free shipping threshold, orders exceeding the specified amount for your country qualify for FREE SHIPPING. 

- If your package weighs over 2kg, we will continue to cover the cost for the first 2kg and a fixed fee will apply for every additional 2kg. 

- Customs duties and fees are not covered by Cló. Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes; we recommend consulting your local customs office for more details. 

- Once an order has been paid and shipped, it CANNOT  be canceled, refunded or exchanged. 

- Cló is not responsible for delays caused by national holidays, customs procedures, weather conditions or other factor beyond our control. 

QATAR 

We offer delivery within Doha for orders placed during our shop hours through Snoonu. 

The delivery fee within Doha city limits is QR30. 

Please note the following: 

- Orders placed outside our shop hours will be processed on the next business day. 

- Once and order has been paid and collected by the courier, it cannot be canceled or refunded. 

- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. 

- Cló is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, traffic or holidays. 

- You will receive a Whatsapp message once your order is ready for dispatch.
