While we don't create new pieces from scratch or provide tailoring services, we can accommodate requests for specific colors, fabrics, or custom measurements beyond our standard sizes. For more advanced customization needs, please contact us directly for assistance.

​If the product you want is out of stock, you can still add it to your cart. We'll check fabric availability and confirm your request along with the rest of your order. If we're unable to produce it at the time you place the order, we will contact you to discuss the possibility of making it at a later date.

Hand wash always wins. If you want to use the washer, please place them with similar colors, cold water and delicate cycles.

Do not tumble dry and use steamer or the right setting on your iron.

This silky smooth synthetic fabric offers a rich, luxurious feel perfect for any garment. It’s lightweight with an easy drape and features a shiny front and a matte back. Its flowing texture looks stunning on any figure and resists wrinkling. Pleasant to the touch, it can be plain or stylishly printed, making it ideal for both warmer and colder spaces due to its heat-retaining properties. Its lightness makes it barely noticeable on the body, allowing for good air circulation.

Orders can be canceled while you are waiting for confirmation of availability, but they cannot be canceled after payment has been made. If you need to make any changes or have further questions, please contact us as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL: 

We partner with DHL Express to ensure reliable global delivery. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination, typically ranging from 1 to 8 business days after your item is complete. Couriers may contact you directly to arrange delivery.

Please be aware of the following:

• Shipping fees will be calculated based on the weight and destination country once your order is place.
• Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Customs duties and fees are not covered by Cló. Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes, and we recommend consulting your local customs office for specific details.
• Cló is not responsible for delays caused by national holidays, customs issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, returns or exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receipt.

QATAR:

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed during our shop hours: Saturday to Thursday from 10am to 10pm, and Fridays from 2pm to 10pm, using Snoonu services. 

Delivery fee is QR30 (Within Doha city limits)

​Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. There charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges. 

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to tell you what the cost would be, since customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. 

Our goal is to provide you with the best possible experience. We offer exchange/return valid for 7 days from the date you receive the items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable. Please note that shipping cost is not refunded.

When you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so that your order travels safely us, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If all is well with the returned item your refund/exchange will be processed. If you wish to receive a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your Cló account immediately, allowing you to make future purchases
